MM5 Book Off to Printer
It was a crazy weekend here at the offices. Some last minute details to tend to, and with little things popping up all over the place, and some troubleshooting to be done, I had to start cashing in favors.
Bill Gilligan, Jonathan Wray, Bruce Golub, Remik over at dotCOM designers, Michael Brock, James Harrell, Derek Finley - just a few of the guys I had to call on and say, “Hey, I need you to look this over and try this - but I need it know.”
Sounds like I should know what the heck I’m doing (but when you write, you start getting married to some of your work, so you need those other eyes), or maybe that the book should’a been ready long ago - after all, I’ve been writing editions for years. But when the latest Production Release came out on July 7, that put me in quite a time crunch.
Twenty-four days to be exact, and what a roller coaster it was.
Now that that’s done, I’m off to pack some bags as I’ll be working via remote through the rest of the week.

Was about to purchase your new book onle, but will collect in person at the conference. I gave V4 book to one of my employees, worked wonders with it. So looking forward to V5.
The last year has just flown by, all the plans I had are still plans but out miva site is still booming. Enjoyed meeting you and Joe last year ( Say a big Hello from me & Linda, REAL GENUINE GUY).
Anyway looking forward to MM5 Conf and saying hello. Good luck with new book.
