Custom Quotes, Installs and Upgrades The quickest way to get a good estimate on custom work, installations and upgrades is to submit a ticket at our Our Online Support & Request Desk. To check the status of an installation or standard customization, please login to your account at the online store. License Keys & Downloads... License keys are included in emails sent to you after you place an order. Because we use various systems to work with licensing servers, sometimes this key is listed right on the Order Confirmation email, and other times it is sent in a separate email. If you did not receive any confirmation emails when you placed an order, please contact us for immediate assistance. Why is there no direct email address? We have removed direct links for direct emailing for many reasons. First, direct emails take much longer to respond to because of SPAM and because we use the ticket desk for all support. Many people would email direct for support, and the responses would not be timely because of the number of direct emails. Second, since the entire staff works with the ticket desk, you'll not only get a faster response, but tracked tickets can be handled by multiple staff members.
