If you're planning to move from version 2.x or 3.x to the latest 4.x, our service will make the transition hassle-free.

We'll perform the following:

1. Pack all databases to make sure everything is corrupt free prior to upgrading
2. Download and backup all of your store's data files.
3. Run the 4.x upgrade offline, and test for proper structure.
4. Upload the 4.x store in a separate directory on your domain, so you can run the 4.x store to test while your existing store is live.
5. Turn the 4.x store on when you are ready to move to the new version.

Version 4.x will also require updates of any third-party modules. You may opt to do this yourself, or pay us to do this for you.
