By creating templates, you can opt to give all category screens the same layout, or configure each one differently. The possibilities are vast, making it nearly impossible to even consider every single configuration available.
Tweak Miva Merchant's default layout, or run the products three or four across.
Token Support
Category Page Templates supports the usage of various tokens, allowing you to also call in other third-party modules.
For example, you can use the token Category Page Templates to represent where you want the product's name to be displayed. Making changes like adding product attributes are as simple as tweaking the HTML used to display the page. And a preinstalled template (identical to the standard Miva Merchant product display) gets you started.
Duplicate Templates
No need to recreate over and over. Templates can easily be duplicated, allowing you to make just the subtle changes necessary.
Compatibility
This module replaces the entire product page display in both the OpenUI and MMUI, and is not compatible with any other third-party module which modifies the product screen unless the developer of the other module has made it compatible. (DesignExtend.com modules are compatible for versions 4.14+ - compiled - and many version 4.13 and lower modules may also work).
Most modules that support OpenTokens will work with Category Page Templates.
