Next Date: MAR 21; 1 PM EST see below for additional dates Duration: 1 hour + 15 minute Q&A Trainer: Pamela Hazelton
This class geared toward Ecommerce store owners and designers who want to learn about "big dog" mistakes. All attendees receive a $10 coupon discount on any future DesignExtend.com purchase. One of the best ways to learn what works and what doesn't work in an online store is to look at the BIG DOGs and analyze where they've gone mad. Pamela Hazelton sounds off in each issue of The "Best Store" Monthly Newsletter by spotlighting a big dog site, then ripping it apart. Now, she shares in-depth knowledge, by use of example, on why small business online stores should use Amazon.com as more of an example of what NOT to do. All backed up with reasons why. Following suit with her Shopability training, studies and conference sessions, Pamela maintains focus on one site, and you're sure to walk away with scores of ideas on how to help convert more visitors into shoppers. Be sure to show up with a snack, a cup of coffee and a sense of humor. Note: While there are no pre-requisites for this session, attendance of a Shopability session will help you gain more insightful knowledge.

She speaks at the MIVA Conference each year, and is retained by many small companies for stuides on shopability and usability, as well as one-on-one and group training in several topics. About Our Online Training: We use GoToMeeting
to hold Webinars (you do NOT need to have your own GoToMeeting account to attend training sessions). All registered attendees will receive access information no later than six hours before the meeting. Access is via the Internet and Telephone conferencing. In order to maintain focus and to help users retain information, all online training classes are limited to 10 users at a time. Our goal is retention of information, so all sessions run 1 hour increments (longer sessions include breaks), and are followed by a Q&A. Materials: Each training session is followed up with a quick sheet that lists the topics discussed as well as resources. This allows attendees to focus on presentations and discussion without the need to take extensive notes. Guarantees: While we cannot guarantee a specific level of retention, our experience shows that every user gains knowledge. Trainers use laymen's terms and every-day examples to provide the best possible insight, avoiding highly technical terms. Thus, this training class is not designed for advanced users. Times/Dates:
Times and dates, when you enroll, are committed. Refunds for failure to attend without prior notice are given only under special circumstances, and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reschedules are also handled on a case-by-case basis, dependent upon time frame of notice. Discounts & Packages An attendee of one session may attend future sessions at a 10% discount. You may also sign up for an Unlimited Training Plan for only $299 annually, whereas you can attend any training sessions in a calendar year on a first-come, first-served basis.
