AnswerChat vs. AnswerChat Lite - the main difference is that AnswerChat Lite allows you to chat with one person at a time. If you are chatting with another customer, any new customers will be prompted to leave you a message.
While customers on Mac computers can use AnswerChat to chat with you, the operator software must run on a Windows-based computer. Testing on Macs that can run Windows-based programs has not been done.
AnswerChat's scripting can be placed in the category tree, navigation bar or called in other places. You will also want to include it on all supporting HTML pages.
