The B2B Module allows you to accept reseller sales at your site and automatically have the tax removed.
A field at the final order screen appears ONLY if tax has been calculated for the order (i.e. state-based tax added automatically) which asks the shopper to input, if applicable, a reseller ID. It is assumed, upon entering their ID, that the reseller has already provided you with ample documentation, such as a faxed copy of their tax-exempt certificate. The module does not verify IDs - this is the merchant's responsibility.
The reseller ID will appear in the merchant e-mail, and a backup log file stores the order ID, customer name, zip code and reseller ID entered.
MMUI installation requires coding changes.
