The flat rate MIVA Merchant module by zip code zone allows you to specify different shipping rates based on the method of shipping AND the ZIP code the item is being shipped to. The rate can be a flat (fixed) dollar amount or a percentage of the subtotal of products in the basket.

The module evaluates the "ship to" ZIP code and displays its methods and rates applicable to the destination. This prevents customers from selecting its lower rates which may not be available for them.
