Who Should Upgrade?
If you're using the MMUI and haven't made many changes to the mmui.mv - you could upgrade now with little to no problems. If you haven't made any changes at all, or if it's a new store, you could upgrade right now!

If you are using a heavily modified mmui.mv, then you need to consider when you have the time to transfer the changes.

If you are using the OpenUI, your changes will carry over UNLESS you need to upgrade the extensions currently installed in your store. You'll also have to upgrade the OpenUI.

NOTE: Most third-party modules will need to be upgraded. This is an upgrade instead of an update, so there are costs involved.
