Support: Versions of Miva Merchant

Because different versions of Miva Merchant may function differently, only products slated for particular versions have been tested to work with those versions. It is imperative you select the proper version of Miva Merchant you are running.

To find out what version of Miva Merchant you are using, log into your Miva Merchant Admin. You will see the version listed at the very top of the right-hand screen. If you don't see it, click the MAIN link on the navigation bar.

Please note that our policy for replacing items ordered for the wrong version of Miva Merchant call for you to first purchase the correct version, then obtain a store credit for the applicable item(s) on the original order.
